How do we tailor your bars to your needs?

After years of cutting titanium bars at Stockport skate shop, we have developed a simple method with the right tools to enable us to cut slits that are safe, strong and long lasting. This is acheived by using a cold cut chop saw to cut the slit and bar without heating up the titanium and affecting its structural integrity. We also implement the use of a pillar drill to create a keyhole effect which prevents cracks from occurring and developing as any stress on the bars is dissipated and not concentrated on one area.

Below is a video from february 2020 and we have since improved our method further by devloping a better way to deburr the bars after they are cut.
